Full fit technology will gradually replace frame stick technology
There are two bonding methods for capacitive touch screen display and display screen bonding: frame bonding and full bonding. Frame stickers are also known as mouth-to-mouth gluing. They are laminated with "mouth"-shaped double-sided adhesive frames, and there is an air layer in the middle; full-fitting is done with OCA optical film or OCR liquid optical glue to fill the air layer in the middle. .
Compared with frame stickers, full fit has the following advantages:
1. Enhance the display effect. The full lamination technology replaces the air layer with an OCA/OCR layer whose refractive index is closer to that of the upper and lower layers. The interface reflection between layers is lower, which can reduce the interference of ambient light reflection, increase the light transmittance of the display screen, and enhance the image contrast.
2. The screen is isolated from dust and water vapor to ensure the cleanliness of the screen and improve the adaptability of the screen environment.
3. Reduce the tape thickness of the screen, reduce the tape thickness of the whole machine, and increase the embedded touch sensitivity at the same time.
4. Less signal noise interference, improve touch operation accuracy and sensitivity.
At present, in the field of small and medium-sized touch screen display bonding, full bonding has almost completely replaced the frame bonding technology. As for the touch screen display lamination in the field of ultra-large commercial displays, due to the short development time of the industry and the immature technology and equipment for ultra-large full lamination, early products used more frame lamination, but with the improvement of the yield and efficiency of full lamination Ascension, full lamination is also occupying a higher and higher market share, and will completely replace the frame paste technology.
Compared with OCR fitting, OCA fitting has obvious advantages:
At present, there are two main solutions for the lamination of super-large commercial displays: lamination of OCA film in a vacuum environment or normal pressure environment, and lamination and curing of OCR liquid optical glue dispenser after dispensing.
OCA bonding solution: firstly bond one side of the OCA optical adhesive to the LCM, and then bond to the CG in a vacuum or normal pressure environment.
OCR bonding solution: first use a dispenser to dispense OCR onto the LCM according to the designed pattern, and then bond with CG after the OCR is expanded and leveled, and then UV curing after the inspection is OK.

OCA optical adhesive for domestic ultra-large screens has superior performance
Due to its outstanding advantages, the OCA bonding solution is attracting more and more attention from bonding manufacturers and further application examples. However, due to the small overall market demand for OCA optical glue for super large screens, major international manufacturers have not yet developed targeted products. Glue, so there are some problems:
1. The thickness of traditional OCA optical adhesive tape is generally less than 300um. In the scene where a large step difference is required to absorb, it needs to be used in multi-layer stacking, which reduces efficiency and yield;
2. The rework performance is poor. Due to the large size, it is almost impossible to rework and cannot be separated once it is bonded. It is difficult to cut and easy to overflow glue. It needs to be cut after freezing.
