Dean New Material Co., Ltd is a high-tech enterprise integrating scientific research, production and sales. Our company mainly produces special tapes (conductive, shielding, thermal, OCA optical) for the electronics industry. There are 1,000-level (partially 100-level) clean rooms, and the production process has a mature and complete production process from coating to slitting out of the warehouse.
The company currently has production equipment such as coating machines, slitting machines, and rewinding machines, as well as experimental testing equipment such as UV light curing experimental machines, light transmittance testers, and yellowing test boxes.

2003

增設膠黏帶塗佈機1台，從事耐高溫膠帶的生產與銷售;
Total tape production capacity: 300,000 square meters per month.
2010
Entered the R&D and production of adhesive tapes in the electronics industry.
2013
Added a second adhesive tape coating machine, and successfully developed new products such as electromagnetic shielding tape (Cell Tape) for notebook computer display screens;
In the same year, became a qualified supplier of AU Optronics and BOE Group; the total tape production capacity: 600,000 square meters per month.
2017
Imported one UV curing coating machine, and began to develop OCA and other related products.
2018
OCA-related products are gradually introduced to the market and have achieved high evaluation; especially the ultra-thick OCA of 1mm and above can replace OCR in the fields of industrial control and commercial display, and has been widely recognized.
2020
Self-built factory buildings, 2 sets of UV light-curing coating machines and 2 sets of solvent-based coating machines will be added in the first phase. It is expected to be put into production at the end of the year. By then, the OCA production capacity will reach 800,000 square meters per month.
